We source our products from a wide variety of locations worldwide. Used cameras and lenses tend to come from Japan, most accessories are assembled in China, while garments and apparel are usually from either China or Japan.

We check each camera and lens that we sell thoroughly. This includes all the cosmetic condition, the electronics and mechanics of the camera (e.g., shutter speed, light meter) and also the optics. Optically, we check for have fungus, haze, or lens separation in the viewfinder and lens elements.

In most cases, we check to ensure that none of the cameras listed have any major issues such as that listed above. In certain conditions, if we feel the user experience and image quality are not affected by a particular imperfection, we will still list the camera online. However, we are very transparent when it comes to the condition of the camera, and any issues with the camera or lens (whether they impact the functionality of the camera or lens or not) is provided in detail.

We do not currently offer trade-ins or buy cameras at the moment.

Shipping Policy

The standard domestic shipping rate is a flat $10 AUD within Australia, while the express domestic shipping rate is a flat $15 AUD within Australia for orders under $125. For orders over $125, standard domestic shipping is free, while express domestic shipping is $7.50.

We are currently shipping to all postcodes within Australia & New Zealand only, but plan to eventually ship to other overseas destinations as well.

We currently use Australia Post for domestic and international orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery depends on the postal method chosen and the destination address. For Australian orders, standard delivery will usually take five or six business days, while express post will usually complete delivery within two or three business days from dispatch.

For New Zealand orders, expect delivery to take a couple of weeks or so - international delivery times are fairly difficult to predict at the moment, but if you encounter any issues receiving your package please let us know.

Returns & Warranty

In most circumstances, we do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere, as outlined in Section 3 part (a) of our Refund Policy. However, under certain circumstances we may be willing to accommodate a refund or exchange at our discretion.

All our products come with warranty, but the period of warranty will vary from product to product. Used cameras and lenses will have a minimum three month warranty period, with certain models in certain conditions offering a longer period of time, and will be mentioned in the product description.

If you run into any issues with your camera or lens, please contact us and we will attempt to diagnose the issue. If we are not able to fix the issue remotely, we will be able to arrange the camera to be posted back to us for repair or replacement at no cost to you. If it is within the one month return period, a direct refund is also an option.

As with encountering issues within the warranty period, please contact us and we will attempt to diagnose and fix the issue remotely, to the best of our ability. If that is not possible, we will arrange the camera to be posted back to us. If possible, we will attempt to repair the camera, but if that is not possible, we can provide a replacement, but in both of these situations this would be at cost, depending on the cost of the repair or the replacement.
